the role.We are looking for a dynamic Legal Counsel, with circa 1-4 years PQE, to play a vital role in providing legal support and advice to our organisation as we continue to expand our operations in the UK and internationally

You will work closely with other members of our Legal team and teams across the business to advise on a broad range of legal matters, including arrangements with our commercial partners, corporate transactions and governance initiatives, and help ensure that we continue to comply with relevant laws and regulations in the UK and across international markets.

You’ll have an interest in a varied workload, with strong drafting and negotiating.

You’ll be proactive and hands-on in your approach, happy to get stuck into a broad range of legal work, able to work independently while knowing when to escalate, and capable of building trust with business teams.

In addition, you’ll have a focus on developing and maintaining the legal processes, policies and precedents that underpin our business.
