What You’ll DoLead the Legal FunctionEstablish and scale Sifflet’s legal department as the company grows across Europe and the US.
Commercial & Customer ContractsDraft, review, and negotiate enterprise SaaS agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs, and strategic partnerships.
Structure scalable processes for high-volume enterprise deals.
Corporate Governance & FundraisingSupport governance, shareholder relations, and equity/ESOP administration.
Partner with leadership on financing rounds and corporate structuring (France HQ, US subsidiary).
Regulatory & ComplianceEnsure compliance with GDPR, EU data/AI regulations, and security standards (ISO, SOC2).
Monitor emerging AI legislation in France, the EU, and beyond — and turn compliance into a competitive advantage.
Employment & HR Legal SupportProvide guidance on French labor law matters and international employment frameworks.
Cross-Border PerspectiveWhile the role is rooted in French law, knowledge of US commercial law and contract frameworks is a strong plus, supporting our US expansion.
Preferred experienceWhat We’re Looking ForFrench bar–certified lawyer with at least 8+ years of experience, ideally a mix of law firm and in-house at a high-growth SaaS/tech company.
