As Head of User Acquisition, you will lead a high-performance department delivering UA-as-a-Service to all our product teams.
You will centralize operations, drive efficiencies, and establish a unified strategy across all paid traffic channels.
You will also mentor and manage a distributed team of expert UA Managers across our portfolio, while acting as the key strategic and operational bridge between product, creative, and analytics.
This is a high-impact leadership role suited for someone who thrives on scale, complexity, and data-driven execution.
Responsabilidades
Build and lead the centralized User Acquisition Department servicing multiple subscription products Define and own the overall UA strategy across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) Develop scalable processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), testing frameworks, and reporting systems Design UA OKRs/KPIs for both department-wide success and individual team members Manage and mentor a team of cross-platform UA Managers embedded in different product teams Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management processes across the UA function Create a high-talent-density culture that fosters performance, collaboration, and growth Oversee large-scale budget management across all platforms and products, ensuring efficient CAC and positive ROAS Develop and implement strategic growth plans based on LTV:CAC ratios, retention, onboarding conversion, and ARPU Partner with data science to create ...
