Job Summary The Senior Manager, Key Customer Management, Digital Commerce – Digital Tools is responsible for enabling key account teams through data‑driven insights and intelligent digital tools.
The role supports key customer management by providing sales data analysis, performance insights and digital solutions that enhance decision‑making, execution effectiveness and customer collaboration.
This role leads the development and application of digital sales tools, working closely with cross teams to translate commercial needs into scalable, fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
By embedding data, automation and intelligent tools into key account ways of working, the role helps accelerate digital selling capabilities and improve overall commercial productivity.
What You’ll Do for Us Enable key account management teams through sales data, performance insights and digital tools, supporting effective decision‑making and customer development.
Drive the application and continuous enhancement of digital and intelligent tools and solutions to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
