As a Working Student in AI Automation, you will help turn promising opportunities for automations into working solutions that make a measurable difference.
Together with our Process & Automation Manager and Procurement team, you will develop practical MVPs that reduce repetitive work and create more time for strategic procurement activities.
You will take ownership of a portfolio of AI automation use cases, from assessing and prioritizing opportunities to rapidly developing and validating MVPs.
Beyond individual use cases, you will help build a scalable solution for implementing, expanding and maintaining AI automations across the organization.
You will own the solutions you create throughout their lifecycle, from initial concept to reliable day-to-day operation.
What is your Day to Day Mission:Evaluate and prioritize AI automation use cases based on impact, feasibility and user needsTranslate procurement processes and pain points into practical solution conceptsBuild MVPs for AI agents and workflow automations with integrations into the ERP Test solutions with end users and improve them based on feedbackDocument process logic, results and realized efficiency gainsPrepare successful MVPs for scaling, integration or handoverExplore new AI capabilities and identify further automation opportunities What you bring to the team:You are currently studying business informatics, computer science, data science, engineering, business administration or a comparable subjectYou have a strong interest in generative AI, AI agents and process automationYou bring initial practical experience with programming, automation or low-code toolsYou enjoy understanding processes and turning ideas into simple, working solutionsYou approach problems analytically and are comfortable experimenting with new technologiesYou bring a continuous improvement mindset and are confident challenging the status quoYou work independently, communicate openly and actively seek feedbackExperience with APIs, Py.
