🎯 The RoleAs Head of Financial Controller, you will own the full accounting function across Filigran's entities, including revenue recognition, consolidation, monthly and year-end close, and internal controls.
You will act as the finance function's technical backbone building the infrastructure, controls, and processes needed to support a fast-scaling, multi-entity, international organization.
You will report directly to the VP of Finance.
The team is small so this role demands both strategic ownership and significant hands-on execution.
