to support the Navy Segment’s talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the mission is staffed with top-tier technical professionals across a variety of complex programs

This is a remote position.

Responsabilidades

include but are not limited to: Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for high-level technical positions within the Navy Segment and partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for niche talent

• Acting as a trusted advisor to offer recommendations, guidance, and direction for strategic hiring, market intelligence, hiring mechanics, and hiring compliance.

Collaborating and consulting with hiring managers to understand and help write detailed and compelling job descriptions, determine effective screening questions, and post requisitions.

Screening, interviewing, and evaluating external and internal candidates for job openings who meet the position requirements and negotiates and extends offers on behalf of MANTECH with Hiring Managers to act as a business partner within the division/sector.

Participates in recruitment branding initiativ.
