As part of this continued development, we are looking to strengthen our Data Engineering team and maximise the value from the wealth of data held across the organisation.
We are looking for a Data Engineer to help design, build and maintain reliable, scalable data solutions.
Working as part of an established Data Engineering team, you will contribute to the development of our data platform, strengthen engineering practices and help improve the quality and reliability of data across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Engineer with strong SQL and Python.
Play a key role in developing and improving our Microsoft Fabric data platform.
Take ownership of complex data engineering solutions from design through to production.
Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions across data warehouse, lakehouse and data integration solutions.
Champion strong engineering practices across source control, CI/CD, testing, documentation, monitoring and error handling.
Work with other Data Engineers to improve data architecture, platform performance and engineering processes, providing technical guidance and mentoring where required.
Work closely with the business to understand.
The person we are looking for will have the following experience: Strong SQL and Python skills, with practical experience using both for data engineering and transformation.
Significant experience designing, building and supporting.
