WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGCommercial and ContractsDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, partnership contracts, and customer termsAdvise business teams on contractual risk and help them make informed decisions quicklyMaintain and improve GetGround's contract templates, playbooks, and standard termsSupport the management of external counsel on matters requiring specialist inputProduct and RegulatoryProvide legal input on new product features, customer journeys, and platform changesAdvise on FCA regulatory.
