UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable.
Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia.
UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together.
Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system.
Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems.
You will take problems that are undefined, unscoped, and unassigned and turn them into well-managed projects with a clear sponsor, an agreed outcome, and a documented close.
This is not a traditional project management role with a fixed portfolio.
Your work will be allocated on a rolling basis by the VP of Business Operations based on the company’s most important emerging needs.
You may document and implement an M&A process, build leadership reporting dashboards, introduce new business systems and processes, or coordinate a training program across multiple regions.
The common thread is ambiguity: you will bring structure, ownership, and momentum to important work that might otherwise stall between functions.
What you’ll doTake ambiguous business problems and translate them into clearly scoped projects with defined outcomes, owners, milestones, and completion criteria.
Establish alignment among stakeholders who may have different priorities and do not report to you.
Identify the right sponsor and contributors for each project and establish clear.
