Responsabilidades

👉 Scaling Infrastructure & Company Rhythm (40%)Company Rituals: Own the end-to-end preparation of visual assets (slide decks) and content structuring for Zefir’s key alignment milestones: from Weekly Company Meetings to monthly and quarterly All-Hands.Goal Setting & OKRs: Coordinate the quarterly objective-setting process by driving alignment and collecting OKRs/Targets across all teams and functions.KPI Management: Maintain and optimize performance dashboards to ensure the CEO has clear visibility into strategic execution.👉 Cross-Functional Projects & Special Initiatives (40%)End-to-End Project Ownership: Scope, drive, and deliver cross-functional projects tailored to current business priorities (e.g., process optimization, internal tooling revamps)

You will be fully responsible for aligning stakeholders and submitting actionable recommendations to the CEO.

• Support to Enablement Teams (HR, Legal, Finance):HR & Legal: Partner with our Senior HRBP to deploy foundational company-wide projects (e.
