As an Account Director, Client Solutions, you will own a portfolio of strategic client relationships from discovery through delivery, renewal, and expansion.
You’ll serve as the senior commercial and strategic point of contact for executive stakeholders, helping clients turn customer data into measurable revenue growth.
The role combines consulting, account leadership, commercial ownership, and project direction without requiring you to be the hands-on technical builder.
You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are scoped, delivered, and aligned with business objectives.
With clients across Europe and North America, you’ll operate in a diverse environment spanning multiple industries, technologies, and regulatory contexts.

Accountabilities Own the executive-level relationship across a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary strategic contact for senior marketing and growth stakeholders.
Establish and maintain a strong client cadence through biweekly meetings, monthly roadmap and statement-of-work reviews, and quarterly business reviews covering results, priorities, risks, and future opportunities.
Identify revenue opportunities across acquisition, conversion, and retention, connecting each challenge to the relevant customer pain, metric, business impact, and potential solution.
Build and defend growth roadmaps collaboratively with clients, using measurement frameworks, KPI definitions, funnel and cohort analysis, lifecycle strategies, experimentation road.
