You will contribute to candidate sourcing, screening, engagement, interview coordination, and pipeline management.
The position is designed for someone who already has recruitment or talent acquisition experience and enjoys working in a high-output environment.
You will communicate with candidates across professional platforms and help maintain accurate recruitment tracking.
The role also provides exposure to the crypto and Web3 sector, along with opportunities to learn from an international team.

Accountabilities: Support the talent acquisition team with candidate sourcing and resume screening.
Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant sourcing platforms.
Help coordinate interviews and maintain organized candidate pipelines.
Communicate recruitment progress and provide regular status updates to the team.
Commit consistent daily hours to support a high-output recruitment operation.
Contribute proactively to recruitment activities and help maintain an efficient candidate pipeline.
Strong interest in the crypto and Web3 industry.
