Tripadvisor seeks a dynamic and motivated Senior CRM Specialist to drive the strategy, creation, and planning of comprehensive lifecycle communication campaigns.
In this role, you will act as a strategic generalist across the user journey, balancing creative campaign ideation with sharp operational alignment.
You will serve as the critical bridge between our CRM Operations, Engineering, and brand marketing teams, and flex across lifecycle programs — from inspiration to retention to transactional messaging — as business needs evolve.
Job Location: Remote East Coast, United States This role is a remote position in the US.
Occasional travel to company offices as necessary.
What You’ll Do Campaign & Lifecycle Planning: Own the planning pipeline for multi-channel CRM.
This includes building and maintaining the integrated marketing calendar (Email & Push) and writing comprehensive creative briefs that align with overall user lifecycle strategies.
Campaign Architecture & Specification: Translate high-level marketing goals and business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner deeply with Content and Brand teams to shape engaging, relevant messaging, while simultaneously collaborating with Operations and Engineering to.
