Establish and continuously improve a scalable planning and delivery model grounded in Agile and Lean principles, encompassing product development, governance, system integration, testing, and release management. Identify systemic impediments, organizational bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies, partnering with senior leaders and functional owners to drive resolution. Coach senior leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and delivery teams on Agile leadership, outcome-based planning, prioritization, and effective decision-making. Establish and monitor transparent measures of organizational delivery health, flow, quality, predictability, and release performance, using insights to drive corrective action and continuous improvement.
