</p></div><p><strong>Role overview:</strong></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation) is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to shape, lead, and scale strategic e-commerce initiatives across the global Direct to Consumer business.
You will identify and size growth opportunities, turn customer, market, competitive, and trade data into clear commercial choices, and influence product direction.
You will lead initiatives from validation through launch, adoption, optimization, and transfer into sustainable business ownership.

Working with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and Operations, you will establish the evidence required to act, challenge assumptions, and align senior stakeholders around customer and commercial value.
This role requires senior commercial judgment and strong hands-on analytical capability.
