What you'll be doingAs our Legal Counsel, you'll provide high-level legal guidance within the Fintech sector, particularly in payments, e-money, and consumer credit products, offering strategic counsel on regulatory, contractual, and product-related matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Here's what that looks like in practice:Product development support – Collaborate cross-functionally to design and launch new products and services in Payments and Consumer Credit (such as BNPL), integrating basic technical and engineering considerations into legal analysis.
Risk assessment & management – Identify legal and regulatory risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies aligned with our risk appetite to safeguard the organisation.
Regulatory compliance – Advise on relevant financial regulatory.
