We are looking for a Certification Lead - BESS, Power Electronics & Digital Systems (m/f/d) who combines strong knowledge of technical standards and product certification with practical engineering understanding.
In this role, you will own certification and product compliance across our complete BESS system architecture – from batteries and inverter technology to control systems and cloud connectivity.

Your mission Own and coordinate certification and product compliance activities across BESS, inverter/power electronics, control systems, and cloud-connected products.
Identify applicable standards, regulations, grid codes, and market-specific certification requirements.
Translate normative and regulatory requirements into clear technical requirements for Engineering.
Advise Electrical, Mechanical, Power Electronics, Systems, Firmware/Software, and Cloud teams on compliance-related design decisions.
Coordinate testing and certification activities with external laboratories, certification bodies, and technical experts.
Review system architectures, specifications, risk assessments, test plans, and technical documentation from a compliance perspective.
Identify certification and compliance risks early and drive mitigation measures together with Engineering.
