We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Recruiter to help build the teams responsible for making that happen.
You’ll own recruiting across growth, marketing, brand, creative, communications, and partnerships.
These searches span very different disciplines - from performance marketers and lifecycle operators to designers and creators - and require someone who can quickly understand what great looks like in each.
This is a hands-on role with ownership from sourcing through close.
You’ll work directly with hiring managers to define the bar, find people who aren’t actively looking, and run a fast, thoughtful process that turns strong prospects into Kalshians.
