You will turn fragmented processes into practical, scalable solutions that make a visible difference on the shopfloor.
</p> <p>Your Role in Our Space Mission: </p> <ul> <li>Work with manufacturing teams to understand challenges and define clear, scalable target processes.
</li> <li>Translate manufacturing needs into intuitive Tulip applications, digital workflows and reliable data structures.
</li> <li>Build, test and release solutions that operators and engineers can rely on in daily production.
</li> <li>Own solutions from initial discovery through training, documentation, support and continuous improvement.
</li> <li>Proactively identify process improvements, new use cases and opportunities to create greater manufacturing impact.
</li> <li>Keep the bigger system landscape in view and collaborate with Global IT on integrations with SAP, Teamcenter, machines and other systems.
</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualification Checklist </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, MES or production digitalization.
</li> <li>Hands-on experience building operational applications; Tulip experience is strongly preferred.
</li> <li>Ability to turn complex or fragmented processes into clear, scalable digital solutions.
</li> <li>Understanding of manufacturing data flows and connected system landscapes.
</li> <li>Strong ownership, attention to detail and curiosity to challenge existing approaches.
</li> <li>Strong communication.
