As a Managing Director, you will take ownership of client relationships, drive engagement success, and play a pivotal role in the firm’s business development and growth strategies.

What you might expect: Interact with clients’ executive team and auditors, serving as a subject matter expert, leading clients through complex accounting issues and driving conclusions.
Drive client deliverables of financial and regulatory information in accordance with regulatory.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying new client opportunities, maintaining strong industry relationships, and actively participating in firm-wide growth strategies.
Mentor and develop professionals at all levels, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and professional growth.
Who you are: An undergraduate degree in Accounting – ACA, ACCA, CPA and/or MBA combined with solid accounting experience will be considered in lieu of a degree in accounting.
14+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or consulting, including tenure at a Big 4 accounting firm.
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communic.
