Your challengeAs our Senior Finance Operations Leader – Accounting, you will lead the accounting and treasury organisation behind Taxfix’s growing multi-country business.
Your focus will be on creating reliable, scalable and well-controlled finance operations across Group and statutory accounting, month-end and year-end close, consolidation, audit readiness, treasury and core Record-to-Report processes.
You will lead an experienced team, establish clear priorities and ownership, and ensure that our accounting organisation delivers accurate and timely financial information.
At the same time, you will continuously improve how the team works through stronger processes, documentation and pragmatic automation.
Tax and Finance Systems Transformation are managed separately.
You will collaborate closely with these teams where their work intersects with accounting and treasury, but they are not part of your direct remit.
