</strong></p> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></h1> <p>We're looking for an experienced Senior Block Manager / Block Management Team Leader to join our bespoke managing agent based in Sevenoaks, covering the West Kent area.
</p> <p>This is a key role within the business, with overall responsibility for a specialist block-management team of four — two property managers and two accounts administrators — together with oversight of a portfolio of approximately 50 residential blocks, none exceeding 18 metres in height.
</p> <p>This is an opportunity for an experienced Block Manager to take a genuine leadership role within a growing business, providing technical and operational leadership to the team, acting as a point of escalation for complex matters, and having direct involvement in key business decisions and future growth.
