For an international enterprise environment, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR IT / SAP HCM Solution & Integration Architect to support a global HR technology transformation and transition program.
The role combines HR application architecture, integration architecture, technical governance and hands-on SAP HCM expertise.
This is not a classic Payroll role and not a purely functional SAP HCM consulting position.

Profiles focused primarily on SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors Payroll or purely functional SAP HCM consulting without architecture and integration responsibility are not suitable for this assignment.
Tasks Design and further develop the global HR application and integration architecture Act as technical lead and design authority for the implementation team Design and review integrations between SAP HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems Work with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs, OData, REST, SOAP and middleware technologies Define architecture principles, technical standards, data flows and integration governance Support security architecture, IAM, RBAC, segregation of duties and GDPR.
