As Head of People Performance & Development, you’ll own that challenge.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, turning bold ideas into simple, credible programmes that managers use, employees trust, and the business can see the impact of.
You will:Own and evolve RAD, our performance approach, from framework design through to manager enablement, calibration, and continuous improvement.
Build progression and levelling frameworks that give people clarity, support consistently high standards, and scale without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Create a proactive L&D strategy that strengthens managers, develops critical capabilities, and brings Midnite’s cultural tenets to life.
