In previous roles, you were likely the person who brought clarity to messy situations: aligning engineers, partners, and product teams to get things shipped.
At Tandem, you'll drive how our platform connects with the external systems used across French and European healthcare - owning and driving some of the most critical technical initiatives we have.
You'll be based in our France office, working alongside the local team, in close collaboration with our central Integrations team in Stockholm.
A big part of the role is deeply understanding both sides: the capabilities and constraints of external systems, and those of our own platform.
From that understanding, you'll find ways to integrate them and shape concrete proposals for how integrations should work, together with external partners.
You move fast, but not carelessly.
You know how to break down complex problems, prioritize what matters, and keep momentum across multiple workstreams.
You're comfortable going deep technically when needed, understanding APIs, data flows, and system constraints, while still keeping the bigger product picture in mind.
This is a high-impact role where you'll not only deliver projects, but shape how we build and scale technical products at Tandem.
