This technical leader will be responsible for developing and executing technical sales plans, building and managing high-performing pre-sales engineering teams, and helping establish Securiti AI as a leading provider of Data and AI Security, Privacy, and Compliance solutions.
What You’ll Do: Develop and execute regional technical sales plans to drive solution adoption and support revenue targets across the region, working closely with senior leadership to align technical objectives with company vision and growth plans.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Drive enterprise solution cycles from discovery to close, personally engaging with C-level executives and technical stakeholders at major accounts while enabling the team to do the same, leveraging deep understanding of data security, governance, and privacy.
