CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Senior Lease Analyst to support the administration, accuracy, and ongoing optimization of our growing data center, real estate, and equipment lease portfolio
In this role, you will own complex lease administration activities, maintain lease data integrity, support ASC 842 / IFRS 16 and SOX compliance, and improve reporting and controls within our lease management system, CoStar.
</p> <p>You’ll partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Tax, Legal, and external landlords and brokers to ensure lease obligations are accurately captured, payments are processed appropriately, and critical dates and contractual.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interpreting complex agreements, solving problems, and improving processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
