Tasks Own and run performance marketing across multiple brands (Meta, Google, TikTok) Build a structured testing framework for creatives, hooks, and audiences Work closely with brand teams to develop high-performing ad creatives Set up and improve tracking & attribution from the ground up (Shopify, GA4) Analyze performance data deeply and turn insights into action Scale winning campaigns and systematically improve CAC Think in funnels and customer journeys — not just channels.
