As a Process Engineer (m/f/d), you will work close to the shopfloor and act as a key interface between Production, Engineering and Quality.
Your focus will be on analysing and improving a broad range of manufacturing processes, requiring a hands-on, all-round engineering mindset.
This includes composite tooling and process design, CNC machining, electronics and avionics manufacturing, welding and metal fabrication, as well as aircraft and component assembly.

Tasks Analyse, optimise and standardise production processes across multiple manufacturing domains (composites, machining, assembly, electronics, metal fabrication) Identify waste and inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvement measures (Lean, continuous improvement) Conduct structured process analyses (e.
