</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>This is a high-visibility Senior Finance Manager opportunity to embed directly within Ocado’s Executive team, acting as a key financial partner to the Office of the CEO, Legal and Business Integrity, People, and Reward.

 </p> <p>Working alongside senior leadership -including the Deputy CEO, Chief People Officer, General Counsel, and Head of Reward-you will own core financial processes across Group Operations, driving monthly management reporting, the annual budget cycle, and rolling outlooks while providing strategic decision support, cost-initiative challenge, and cash flow optimisation.

 </p> <p>Reporting directly to the Head of Group Financial Planning, you will gain invaluable exposure to Group FP&A, Capital Markets, and Investor Relations, while also mentoring a Finance Business Partner to champion consistency and excellence across the Group Ops finance team.

• Being a trusted finance business partner to key Group Operations functions
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including the Deputy-CEO, Chief People Officer, General Counsel and Head of Reward
• Leveraging a strong commercial and technical understanding of Ocado’s business to translate business strategy into financial plans through the preparation of Budgets and Outlooks
