</p> <p><strong>THE ROLE: Data Analyst</strong></p> <p>NexGen Cloud is moving to a data-driven way of running the business.
Right now, revenue, occupancy, billing and pipeline data live across data warehouses, business systems and APIs, and the numbers don't always agree.
We're building out our Strategic Finance team so that leadership, sales and operations can rely on one set of figures and act on them daily.
</p> <p>This role suits someone who enjoys the technical craft of data and wants to learn the commercial side of the AI compute market.
We'll teach you that context.
When a number looks wrong, you'll dig until you find why, and you'll come back with a fix as well as the problem.
</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING</strong></p> <p>Rather than a checklist, here's what success in this role actually looks like:</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain the pipelines that bring data from across the business into Databricks and Power BI, and automate the manual steps along the way</li> <li>Own the daily revenue and occupancy reporting that leadership uses to track how the GPU fleet is performing</li> <li>Check that what we bill matches what customers actually used, covering power draw, utilisation, asset registers and credits</li> <li>Support commission calculations and give sales leadership a clear view of pipeline health,.
