We are building a dedicated growth team to turn that into a deliberate engine, and you will be the person who brings those teams in.
You decide where our acquisition time and money go: the website, comparison pages, organic search, paid, partnerships, and whatever we haven't tried yet.
You run it yourself, and you're accountable for the results.
This is a builder role.
You and our growth engineer decide what to build.
You run the experiment, read the data, and decide what to scale or kill.
You'll join a small growth team that reports directly to our co-CEO, Lennard:a growth engineer who builds the product side of experimentsa growth activation lead who turns new signups into active us.
