Director of Product & DesignSalary range: €130,000-180,000/annumWe're looking for a highly hands-on and influential Director of Product & Design to join our team in Berlin.
This pivotal role sits at the intersection of product and design: you'll own end-to-end product experiences from the problem worth solving through to the pixels users see, shape both our product and design strategy, and lead and uplevel our Design team.
You'll combine a product mindset with the craft to make it exceptional.
You're equally at home defining a product bet and refining an interaction.
What You'll Do 🎯Own Product Areas End to End: Take full ownership of key parts of the Freecash experience, from discovery, problem framing, and prioritisation through to design, launch, and iteration, with clear accountability for the outcomes, not just the output.
Shape Product & Design Strategy: Partner with leadership, Engineering, and Data to define where our products should go next, drawing on user insight, competitor landscapes, and business goals to decide what to build, what to cut, and how it should feel.
