Your tasks You support the development of AI‑assisted tools for analyzing robot logs, telemetry, and dashboard data to detect incidents and degradation early.

You prototype and improve workflows for troubleshooting support, including semantic search, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and anomaly detection approaches.

You work with existing data sources such as Jira tickets, logs, Looker dashboards, and BigQuery‑based metrics to evaluate data quality and derive actionable insights.

You analyze results, compare approaches, and help turn promising prototypes into practical tools for engineering and customer‑facing teams.

You collaborate with engineering and product teams to define experiments, validate usefulness, and drive your own tasks and sub‑projects.

Requisitos

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, robotics, software engineering, or a related field

You have strong programming.

Habilidades

in Python, and solid general software engineering skills are expected

You are interested in applied AI, data analysis, and practical problem‑solving in a real product and operations environment.

You have a basic understanding of machine learning, data processing, or information retrieval concepts.

You are able to work in a structured way, with curiosity for messy real‑world data and iterative experimentation.

Fluency in English is required; German is an asset.

Nice to have: experience with data and AI tooling, such as SQL, BigQuery, pandas, notebooks, log analysis, monitoring, anomaly detection, or LLM-based approaches like RAG and embeddings.

Nice to have: familiarity with operational and product support environments, including cloud tools or APIs such as Jira or Looker, and ideally bring exposure to robotics, technical operations, or troubleshooting workflows.
