Right now that dealflow arrives faster than we can review it, which puts the deployment of our proprietary funds at risk and caps how far the direct platform can scale.
The scope of this role begins the moment an opportunity reaches us and ends when the deal closes, so operations sits outside it, as does the client raise itself.
Your first year is weighted towards screening, pipeline and diligence, with the sourcing and business development side building from there as your market view and relationships deepen.
You will work alongside senior members of the team rather than alone, and what moves forward is decided together.
