We are an early-stage startup founded by experienced cybersecurity leaders with backgrounds in Israeli Intelligence units.

We are looking for a hands-on Founding Backend Engineer(Go) for a hybrid role based in central of Berlin.

Their goal is to turn complex identity and security data into clear, actionable risk insights that CISOs and CTOs can trust.

You will work from scratch on core platform components from day one, shaping how modern enterprises manage and reason about risk using cloud-native systems, AI-driven analysis, and automated enforcement through AI agents.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend applications using GoDesign and optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, etc.

)Design, use and manage databases, including PostgreSQL, Neo4J, Redis, and ElasticsearchDevelop, manage, and optimize containerized applications using DockerAutomate processes using Bash/Python scriptingOptimize and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring security and performanceWork closely with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product team to deliver robust applicationsMonitor, debug, and improve backend performance, reliability, and scalabilityImplement caching, messaging queues, and event-driven architectures where neededBuild whole platform from scratch Must have skills5+ years of GoLang experienceHands-on codi.
