The Learning Architect will serve as a key partner to business leaders, employees, and customers to ensure learning experiences are tailored to their needs, fostering engagement, skill development, and business success.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:  Act as a customer advocate by deeply understanding the learning needs and preferences of internal stakeholders and external customers.

Design and develop comprehensive learning architectures that directly address customer challenges and support their success.

• Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and customers to assess learning needs, define objectives, and align solutions with real-world applications.

• Develop instructional design frameworks and learning blueprints that incorporate customer feedback, modern learning principles, and innovative technologies.

Create scalable, user-centric learning solutions, including e-learning modules, blended programs, and instructor-led training focused on customer outcomes.

Evaluate and recommend learning technologies and platforms that enhance learner engagement and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the implementation of learning programs, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver measurable value to customers.

Calificaciones

:  Experience in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education Sales  Experience in learning design or architecture with a strong emphasis on customer-focused solutions

Ability to translate customer needs into engaging, accessible, and impactful learning experiences.

Understanding of adult.
