People PartnerWe are looking for a People Partner to build the foundations of our People Operations function.

You will stay close to the people doing the work, build trusted relationships across technical and operational teams, and turn a strong understanding of the business into practical people support.

You will help create a culture of excellence and fun, while building scalable, low-friction people practices that let employees focus on the work at hand rather than bureaucracy.

Strengthen talent development, performance, feedback, and manager practices as the organisation grows.

Work closely with Talent Acquisition to create a high-quality onboarding experience and a coherent, world class employee lifecycle that retains and develops our world class talent.
