In your role you will: Own the financial heartbeat of the business: You take responsibility for our monthly closing process (Monatsabschluss), ensuring accurate, timely, and structured financial reporting across the company Turn numbers into decisions: You build and maintain financial reports that give our leadership team a clear picture of costs, revenues, and business performance and you are not shy about flagging what the numbers are telling us Grow into a strategic finance partner: Beyond the numbers, you will increasingly contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning working closely with the CFO to strengthen our financial infrastructure as the company scale.
