This is a genuinely junior, entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start and build their career in graphic design.
You don’t need years of professional experience.
You might have developed your design.
What matters to us is that you already have good design fundamentals, can show us examples of your work, and are excited to keep learning.
Working closely with and learning from our Graphic Designer, you’ll become an important part of our day-to-day creative delivery.
You’ll work across campaigns, social, digital, reports, content and events - sometimes creating something new and sometimes taking an established idea and adapting it brilliantly across different formats.
There’ll be lots of variety, lots to learn and plenty of opportunity to develop your craft.
No two days are ever the same at Goodlord, so what you’ll be up to will vary.
We also move quickly, which means priorities can change, and you’ll need to be comfortable adapting when they do (we’ll support you!).
The day-to-day stuffTurning clear briefs into polished, on-brand creative across social, digital, email, web, reports, marketing collateral and eventsTaking campaign creative and adapting it across different formats and channels while keeping everything visually consistentCreating and updating everyday marketing materials, documents and templatesUsing Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, alongside template and emerging AI design toolsWorking closely with our Graphic Designer and the wider Marketing team to understand what they need and bring briefs to lifeTaking feedback.
