Expected outcomes1 week :Get onboarded into our stack Ship your first improvements in product or infrastructure.
1 month :Take ownership of a feature from spec to production (e.
new scheduling flow, customer dashboard, or voice integration).
Propose a technical vision for how our platform should evolve (scalability, reliability, security).
3 months :Deliver improvements to developer tooling and observability so the team can move faster with confidence.
6-12 months :Lead the design and rollo.
