The RoleAs a Full-Stack Software Engineer on our manufacturing intelligence team, you'll work wherever the leverage is highest.
One week that means turning an operator's spreadsheet into a proper workflow; the next it means wiring machine data into scheduling, or cutting a manual quoting step out of the order flow.
You'll own problems end to end across our customer portal, Enterprise Resource Planning / Manufacturing Execution System, and the data layer connecting them to the shop floor.
Based at our HQ at “The Circle” (Zurich airport), your work will span:Manufacturing Intelligence: Capturing process, machine, and quality data so knowledge lives in systems instead of in people's heads.
Automation: Replacing manual steps in quoting, planning, scheduling, and documentation with software that runs on its own.
Production Acceleration: Finding the bottlenecks between CAD/CAM data submission and shipped parts.
Tools for People: Building interfaces that make life easier for operators, engineers, and customers, whether that's a work instruction screen, a dashboard, or a self-service portal.
Importantly, you do not need prior experience in the manufacturing domain.
