Influencer marketing is the heart of this role: you’ll source, negotiate and brief creators whose audiences are print-on-demand sellers, Etsy and Shopify shop owners and small product brands, and turn scattered posts into a channel we can forecast.
You’ll own affiliate, but most of your time goes into creators.
You’ll take a portfolio, diversify who we work with, raise the content bar, and use performance data to decide what to scale, renegotiate or stop.
This is a senior individual contributor role with real authority over which partners we bet on, and how much.
