You're comfortable being on-site in operational settings (such as depots, hubs, or shift-based operations) to support deployments—including occasional weekend, bank holiday, or overnight shifts when rollouts go live.
Training & User Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs tailored to different end-user cohorts—from tech-savvy site leaders to frontline operational workers—ensuring capability and long-term retention.
