Associate Consultant - Baines Simmons

Purpose of the RoleThe Associate Consultant is engaged on a contract basis to deliver defined consulting and/or training services to clients.

The role exists to provide flexible, high-quality capability to support client engagements, contributing to the delivery of outcomes aligned to project objectives while operating independently as a supplier.

This role is outcome-focused, with responsibility for delivering agreed services, outputs, or work packages rather than fulfilling an internal position within the organisation.

and experience: ·      Demonstrable experience in a consulting, advisory, or training delivery role·      Proven ability to deliver defined work packages independently·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills·      Experience engaging with stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills·      Aviation industry experience within a safety-critical or regulated environmentDesirable Skills and Experience: ·      Experience working within regulated environments (e.g
