Head of Finance Europe (m/f/d)

As Head of Finance Europe, you are responsible for the financial leadership and operational steering of the European organization.

You will act as a key business partner to the European management team while serving as the main interface to the Group and shareholders in the United States.

Act as primary contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners Processes & Business Performance Continuously optimize and further develop financial and operational processes Advance and professionalize sales controlling to support commercial decision making Serve as a strategic business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources, providing financial insights to support growth and efficiency Qualifikation Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Several years of experience in a senior finance leadership role within an international environment Strong knowledge of HGB and US GAAP Strong knowledge of ERP-systems Proven experience leading international teams and cross‑functional areas Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management
