  Within the Marketing Operations team, reporting to the Head of B2C Strategy & Projects, your main missions will be to develop impactful B2B2C campaigns and lead transversal projects delivering value across our B2C platforms You will be responsible for multiple projects or business scopes across all countries of the Group 🎯 TASKS B2C strategy: You own (analyze, develop the strategy & follow-up) key offer mix & daily attractivity topics across B2Cs  Offer mix topics & Daily attractivity topics : Ensure we have the right offer mix on our homepages (pre-openings, 7pm vs 7AM openings, Brandsplace/The Place mgmt, Clearance mgmt, how to highlight new brands on Veepee)  Ensure visitors see & find most relevant banners for them (personalization, HP merchandising strategy, tab merchandising strategy)  Ensure visibility & traffic allocation of Veepee products  Ensure creative and performing marketing support     B2C Activation & Animation  Plan Define and implement a B2C project activation plan to meet group marketing objectives, enhance Veepee’s brand positioning, and engage the member base Collaborate with the team to deploy member engagement initiatives via internal and external communication tools, while analyzing and leveraging past performance Conduct competitive market watch and benchmarking Work closely with the agency on copywriting for email campaigns and configure activations using internal and external communication tools Have both a Group and local mindset in order to propose a consistent experience on all platforms whilst also taking into account local spec...
