What is the job? Build the Future of Medical Cannabis in Poland This is a genuine founder-style role.
You will be Montu's first person on the ground in Poland, with a mandate to build the business from zero: the legal entity, the licences, the supply chain, the clinical model, and eventually the team.
You'll own the market-entry strategy while remaining deeply involved in execution.
In the early stages, you'll wear multiple hats - meeting with regulators and healthcare providers, negotiating commercial partnerships, solving operational challenges, and ensuring patients can access life-changing treatment.
As the business grows, you'll build and lead a high-performing local team, creating the foundations for long-term success.
Working closely with our global leadership team, you'll bring together clinical operations, patient experience, regulatory affairs, tech, logistics & supply chain, finance and product to build a scalable, compliant business in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building from scratch, and is equally comfortable defining strategy as they are making things happen.
