Our partner is looking for an Account Operations & Farming Specialist based in Switzerland.
This role sits at the intersection of IT Operations, account infrastructure, and media buying support in a fast-growing international environment.
You’ll take ownership of account access, lifecycle management, subscriptions, and operational processes while supporting Media Buying teams.
A key part of the position is building and developing Meta account farming infrastructure and ensuring accounts are prepared for effective use.
You’ll work with suppliers, proxies, browser profiles, email, phone numbers, 2FA, verification, and recovery processes.
The role also involves identifying account-quality issues, analyzing losses and blocks, and improving processes through automation.
It’s a strong opportunity for a systematic and proactive specialist who enjoys solving operational challenges and building scalable infrastructure.
Accountabilities: Manage employee access, including account provisioning, access maintenance, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Provide IT Operations support to Media Buying teams, ensuring they have the accounts, tools, and infrastructure required to work effectively.
Build, manage, and continuously improve Meta account farming and account infrastructure processes.
Prepare advertising accounts and related resources for Media Buying teams.
Handle account checkpoints, verification, recovery, and related troubleshooting processes.
Monitor account quality and analyze the causes of account losses, restrictions, or blocks.
